Welcome!
My name is Tracey DaSilva. I am a Registered Nurse (RN), residing and practicing in Toronto, Ontario with my spouse and our young daughter. We also have a pug, named The Dude. I enjoy reading, knitting, quilting, and baking. My favourite season is winter, and I'm learning how to skate this year!
I am presently employed at the Centre for Mental Health & Addiction, as a Team Lead RN on a psychosis and recovery treatment inpatient unit.
In January 2021, I started my journey towards completing the Masters of Health Studies program through Athabasca University. I am currently enrolled in my first course, Foundations of Health Systems in Canada, for which I am developing my ePortfolio.

My approach in everything i do, is to be authentic, intentional, and kind. My values and professional identity as an RN working in mental health and addictions are deeply rooted in respect, integrity, dignity, autonomy, advocacy, and equity.

Thank you for stopping by!
